Frequently Asked Questions

Expert guidance on bespoke tailoring and our luxury services.

What is the difference between Bespoke and Made-to-Measure?

Bespoke is the pinnacle of tailoring, involving a unique paper pattern cut from scratch and multiple fittings. Made-to-Measure uses a pre-existing base pattern adjusted to your measurements for a streamlined experience.

How long does a custom suit take to complete?

A bespoke commission typically requires 8 to 12 weeks and involves at least three fittings to ensure a perfect silhouette. Made-to-Measure garments generally take 6 to 8 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping for Ready-to-Wear collections?

Yes, we offer secure, insured worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that bespoke and personalized items are non-refundable.

Can I book a fitting at your Savile Row premises?
